This event will feature both timed run and Freestyle competitions. It is open to all gymnasts attending the FreeG training sessions on Mondays.

Gymnastics Gala
Sunday – 30th June, 2024
Invitation to participate in the Far North Coast Region Gala Day on Sunday 30th June, 2024.
The aim of the Gala is to promote the sport and encourage participation to the wider community and at the same time promote our recreational Gymnasts in the event – FUN, FITNESS, FRIENDSHIP.
There will be a Team Gym competition on Sunday morning and then on Sunday afternoon –
· 10 skill circuit for our Recreational gymnasts to participate in.
At the conclusion they will receive participation medal.
· FreeG Speed Run – This is a timed “obstacle course” challenge with banded medals.
Details are as follows:
Date: Sunday 30th June
Venue: PCYC Grafton – 300 Powell St, Grafton
Session Times: Tentative – Confirmation of session times will be sent to clubs after entries have been collated.
Sunday - 9.30am - 12.00pm = TeamGym Competition
12.15pm - 4.00pm = Recreation Circuit & FreeG Speed Run
Dress: Club uniform or other appropriate gymnastics attire for event.
N.B - Gymnasts may enter multiple events and only 1 entry fee (the larger) applies
Parking: Plenty at venue
