The Advanced FreeG/Ninja Gym class is by invitation ONLY. 

It is only for partipants who have completed the Intermediate course and been invited to attend the Advanced class by the coaches.

This is a 1 hour class - designed for high intensity speed and strength building.

FreeG or Freestyle Gymnastics is a fusion of traditional gymnastics, free running, ninja, parkour and acrobatic tricks, with kicks and leaps made famous through martial arts and was brought to worldwide attention by festival performances.
