Teenage + Adult & Masters Gym is a recreational gymnastics program for high school aged participants through to adults, which covers the basics of gymnastics and movement in a fun and friendly environment. Participants will work on their basic strength, fitness and tumbling to begin each session. Then participants will be given time to develop balance, coordination and strength for skills of their own choosing, with guidance from the coaches. 

For adults (18+ years old) who wish to continue participating in competitive gymnastics, Masters and Masters For All - is always an option. Please ask the coaches for assistance and more information about the Masters programs in Mens and Womens Gymnastics.

This session will run from 5:30-7pm every Monday.
